If you're reading this article, then congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Trying to design your big day can be a daunting task; not only do you have to worry about flowers and stationery but you also have to figure out how to accessorize your wedding day look--after all, it will be immortalized in your photos! No pressure, right? Well, fret not. My goal for you after reading this article is that you'll be one step closer to answering the question: how do I choose a fascinator shape?
For each fascinator shape I give several options, each of which are hyperlinked to the page on which you can purchase it. This is meant to be a starting point for your decision making.

Round Fascinators: Round fascinators coordinate well with most hairstyles: traditional updos, half up/half down hairstyles, side ponytails or buns, and if you decide to wear your hair all down. You may choose to wear them alone, with a birdcage veil, or even as a veil replacement after you take off your long traditional veil after the ceremony.

Fan or Half-Circle Fascinators: Fan fascinators are easy to place and, as with round fascinators, can also be worn with nearly every hairstyle. They come in a variety of styles and also offer the option to have longer free flowing feathers for an added statement.

Oversized Fascinators: These fascinators also come in a variety of sizes and are perfect for the bride that wants to turn heads. Several of my oversized fascinators include birdcage veiling in the design so they can also double as a veil replacement, whether it's just for your reception or for your entire wedding day. I design my fascinators in both round and fan shapes so that you can have versatility when choosing your hairstyle.

Double Fascinators: These fascinators are perfect for traditional updos as well as side ponytails or buns. I design my double fascinators with lots of volume--a style that especially compliments and offsets the volume at the bottom of mermaid and trumpet gowns.

Headbands and Crystal Brooch Combs: I design these pieces specifically for traditional brides who prefer to make a statement through sparkly hair accessories. These pieces are beautiful and understated...a la Audrey Hepburn :)
