Tulip Lace & Feather Flower Fascinator

Item Description | Beautiful feather and victorian lace fascinator embellished with a 1.25" diameter rhinestone center and wispy ostrich feathers for movement.  The mannequin is wearing this fascinator in champagne and off of the mannequin in white.

Size | Approx. 4.75" wide and up to 2.75" tall (at its tallest point), wispy feathers extend another 1".

Fixture | Attaches securely to hair via a 1.75" alligator clip (has small "teeth" for added grip).
