Item Description | Beautiful feather and victorian lace fascinator embellished with a 1" diameter rhinestone center and wispy ostrich feathers for movement.  It's pictured with ivory lace and ivory feathers.

Size | Approx. 4.5" in diameter.

Fixture | Attaches securely to hair via a 1.75" alligator clip (has small "teeth" for added grip).
