Going to the Chapel Tulle & Feather Flower Fascinator (Small)

Item Description | Single feather and tulle flower fascinator.  Feathers are off-white, you choose the tulle color.  It is pictured with champagne tulle.

Size | Approx. 4" in diameter, feathers extend up to an extra inch.

Fixture | Each flower attaches individually to hair via a 1.75" alligator clip (has small "teeth" for added grip).
