Shipping Details
Timeline | Every item is handcrafted specially for each order and, as such, each order is final sale. We are proud to ship our items all over the world. Approximate production and shipping times are listed below for Domestic (US), Canadian, and International Orders. You will be asked your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.
Expedited Shipping | Expedited shipping costs include upgrade shipping to USPS Express, shipping insurance, as well as a rush fee for shortening the production timeline from 1.5 weeks to 4 business days.
Packaging | Fascinate Me takes great care in packaging our products to avoid damage during shipment. Each item will be carefully packaged in a gift box or organza bag which is then packaged in a shipping box or padded envelope. If there are any damages related to shipment please don't hesitate to contact me immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Shipment | Shipping charges include only the cost of packing materials, postage fees, and shipment tracking; no additional local fees or taxes are included. All items will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once a package is sent, Fascinate Me, LLC cannot be held responsible for the postal service's actions. Please refer to your tracking information and/or your local postal service for details concerning your package once it has shipped.
International Customs Fees or Taxes | Shipping charges DO NOT include any customs charges, taxes or fees that may be imposed; any additional fees will have to be paid by the recipient. Once a package is sent, Fascinate Me cannot be held responsible for the postal service's actions.
Insurance | US shipments for orders with a total of $85 or greater will included insurance coverage. International shipments will include partial insurance coverage.
Address | Orders will be shipped to your PayPal address so please ensure that it is correct and up to date.
Tracking | With the exception of the Canada Economy and International Economy shipping options which cannot be tracked during shipment, all other orders will include tracking information.
